2. Although we do not ship to: Africa, Asia (except Japan), Central and South America, Carribean, Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Italy. If you live in these countries and still want to purchase our item, please contact us for further details.

Shipping time
1. Shipping to European Union countries takes up to 10 business days.
2. Shipping to non-European Union countries may take up to 30 business days.
3. If you do not receive your item in estimated time, please contact us and we will try to find your parcel.
4. We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Combine shipping
We do offer combined shipping. Combined shipping varies depending on the items being combined. The price for combined parcel is calculated by the size and weight of the items. If you intend to buy several items, please contact us and we will provide you with combine shipping cost. Do not pay for purchased items separately if you intend to apply for combine shipping. Apply for combined invoice.

Other shipping aspects
1. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
2. Shipping may be influenced by holidays, events and other uncertainties. In this case we are not responsible for the arrival time.

All our items are inspected by our team before sending them to customers. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund.

Balaganshop accepts returned items if they match these statements:
1. Clothing is not worn, torn or damaged in any other manner;
2. Clothing is returned in the original package.

The goods may be returned within 7 days after receiving the order. If the item is in your possession for more than 7 days, it is considered as used and we will not issue you any refund or replacement.

If you intend to return the goods, please inform us about it at info@balagans-shop.eu. As soon as we get the returned goods, we will transfer the money to your bank account or card from which the payment has been made. Refund is carried out within 7 business days after receiving returned item. You may also replace the goods you did not like with other ones available in stock at Balaganshop.

Postage expenses are not compensated when returning the item, except for cases when the item is being returned due to our fault. Buyer pays all shipping costs including our original shipping cost (in case of return, original shipping price will not be compensated).

We recommend to send returned items via registered mail and provide us with tracking number.
